Before you call

Before you call, have these 3 things ready

  1. Where you are. Street name, nearest junction, or a what3words address. In a car park, the level and bay. On a motorway, the number on the nearest marker post.
  2. Your tyre size. The numbers on the side of the tyre, like 205/55 R16 (see the picture).
  3. Your locking wheel nut key. Usually in the glovebox or boot. Lost it? Tell us and we can still remove the wheel.

Questions

Mobile puncture repair questions

Stuck on the M1 or M25?Leave the car by the nearside door, get behind the barrier and well up the bank, and keep your hazards on. Note the number on the nearest marker post, then call us. If you cannot get off the carriageway safely, call 999.

No. A puncture can usually be repaired if it is in the central part of the tread and the tyre has not been driven on while flat. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, or a tyre that has been run flat, is not safe to repair, so we fit a new one.

Yes, when the repair is done properly from the inside of the tyre and the damage is in the repairable area. We check the inside of the tyre before we decide, and we will always tell you honestly if it needs replacing.

Please do not. Driving on a flat tyre damages it from the inside, often turns a simple repair into a new tyre, and can damage the wheel. Pull over somewhere safe and call us.

Most run-flat makers advise against repairing them, so we normally fit a replacement run-flat. Tell us your car and tyre size and we will confirm on the phone.

Once we arrive, most puncture repairs are done in well under an hour, often much quicker.

Across North West London we are with you in 30 minutes or less. Further out in Hertfordshire or on the M1/M25 it can take a little longer. We give you a realistic arrival time on the phone before we set off.

Yes. We can remove locking wheel nuts, so let us know when you call and we will bring the right tools.

Yes. We fit tyres wherever it is safe to work: driveways, streets, workplaces, supermarket and multi-storey car parks. Tell us the level and bay number when you call.
